Corgan is seeking a Senior Sustainable Design Analyst to join its dynamic and expanding ECHO team of sustainable design experts. This role involves leading, managing, and supporting diverse projects across sectors like aviation, data centers, education, and interiors. The analyst will contribute to and manage projects focusing on design and assessment, bespoke sustainability frameworks, environmental and energy analytics, health and well-being strategies, building physics, material science, third-party certifications, GHG emission analysis, and coordination of sustainability assessments and benchmarking. The position also involves developing climate impact mitigation and resilience strategies, working across interdisciplinary teams with various client types. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, strategic, and management thinking, along with effective communication skills. Responsibilities include contributing to energy/water/waste system design, leading sustainability assessment workshops, identifying resource efficiency ideas, analyzing alternatives, quantifying sustainability impacts using life-cycle analysis, developing spreadsheet/coding-based analyses, preparing client summaries, presenting findings, attending client meetings, and assisting with or leading proposals. The breadth of responsibility will be determined by experience and capability.
