Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 6 years of HR experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of HR experience with increasing scope and responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with leadership and staff to define and execute HR strategies that propel our business objectives forward.
  • Establish, implement, and oversee human resources policies and programs, providing expert counsel and assistance to employees and management.
  • Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, addressing root causes of HR and employee relations issues to foster a positive workplace.
  • Analyze trends and metrics related to talent acquisition, attrition, diversity, and performance to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Play a significant role in administering talent management and succession planning activities within the client organization.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
  • Provide counsel to management on developing and implementing plans to promote employee engagement and positive employee relations.
  • Perform project management duties and team facilitation to drive HR initiatives.
  • Advise management on all aspects of employee performance management with a strategic approach to communication.
  • Drive L3Harris's business operating system ('e3') principles and processes, focusing on administrative excellence and process improvement within the IT organization and HR function.
