About The Position

The Senior Specialist supports the daily operation and maintenance of the company's fleet management system (FleetWave) and related technologies, ensuring performance, security, and compliance. Key responsibilities include user account administration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Acting as a subject matter expert, the role supports end-to-end fleet management business processes and workflow optimization, hardware configuration, system updates, data accuracy, documentation, and user training to maintain efficient and reliable operations.
