Aerojet-Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technologies Company , is seeking a Senior Specialist, Facilities for our Jupiter, FL location. This role leads a facilities team (and contractors) supporting L3Harris’ customer missions. Responsible for budget management, capital and asset management, maintenance and operations at the WPB site. Develops, manages, and tracks facility capital and operating expense budgets, and establishes long-range strategic plans in support of business goals. Works as a back-up to Facilities Engineers to oversee the planning and implementation of space allocation, furniture and equipment layouts, communication services and networking requirements, facilities’ compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations, preventative, routine and emergency repair and maintenance of all facilities and facilities support equipment. May utilize a facilities maintenance management and work order system, coordinate with contractors and interfaces with external government agencies on facility matters. Jointly responsible for security, environmental, health, and safety standards within the facility.
