L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a candidate who will work in a cooperative team environment with cross functional teams to sustain Integrated Product Support (IPS) work products and depot operations. Specifically, this candidate is responsible for IPS Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leadership on a large sustainment program. As part of the IPS IPT duties of this role, the candidate is accountable for cost and schedule milestones, status reporting, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, staffing inputs for the IPT, risk identification, risk mitigation, technical and process compliance, and depot management practices. Development and sustainment tasking for this IPT spans all 12 elements of IPS including: sustainment engineering, supply support, maintenance planning and management, PHS&T (packaging, handling, storage, and transportation), technical data, support equipment, training and training support, manpower and personnel, facilities and infrastructure and computer resources.
