We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Data Transfer - Integration & Quality to join our Securities Finance team with Global Markets. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Lead initiatives that integrate AI-driven tools into data transfer workflows, including anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and intelligent data mapping Contribute to the development of AI governance protocols, ensuring responsible use of data in compliance with internal policies To provide business support to management and all trading desks to be able to make financial decisions. Contributes to the achievement of the team and area objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data science, finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms, including natural language processing, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and agile development environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide junior colleagues.
