About The Position
Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Senior Specialist Data Engineer. There is a preference for candidates living within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH other Eaton sites in the continental U.S may be considered for hybrid work. At Eaton we are modernizing the way we use data to accelerate our digital transformation. In this role, you will provide actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that represent the voice of multiple users for Industry 4.0 analytics solutions, as well as lead the end user research to elicit well-structured requirements and solution designs. Your efforts will directly translate to increased shop productivity, delivery, quality, safety, and optimized inventory as well as incorporate advanced analytics for use cases like preventative maintenance and establishing a manufacturing digital thread. You will partner with and define personas ranging from shop floor users to general managers and site executives to build a comprehensive analytics strategy for manufacturing analytics across 200+ manufacturing shops. Additionally, you will execute alongside Product Owners and development teams to ensure high-quality delivery of features and solutions that exceed expectations and delight a wide range of internal stakeholders. Your efforts will lead Eaton into the modern era of digital solutions for manufacturing, establishing our analytics portfolio as a strategic differentiator among our competitors and realizing the power of data to drive exceptional business results.
