Information Sciences is seeking a Senior Specialist, Data Analyst with excellent communications skills and a passion for healthcare and technology. Under the direction of the group lead, the candidate will leverage strong analytical skills to support the R D efforts on the Insider Risk/Trade Secret (IR/TS) program. The position requires exceptional attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. The candidate will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize and then maintain the process. An innate curiosity and a strong desire to learn is required. As a key member of a team, the candidate will support the high quality and reliable operation of IR/TS program. Primary Activities: The primary activities include, but are not limited to: Support the day-to-day activities for the program Contribute to asset identification Support the maintenance and lifecycle tracking of assets Support internal and external monitoring strategies Perform data analysis to derive insight and identify potential opportunities for the organization Deliver routine metrics to leadership to provide insight about activities their organization Analyze large datasets that support pivotal conversations, such as those with leadership Collaborate with internal partners to ensure security controls are functioning properly Support the roll-out of new technology, including pressure testing solutions, access impact on day-to-day operations Support outreach and awareness and training Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and consistency Support projects by tracking progress toward goals Contribute to documentation Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards in data handling and analysis
