Your responsibilities will include providing analytical support in revenue collection efforts for both active and inactive accounts to reduce outstanding receivables and write-offs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and analyzing and implementing enhancements to optimize collection efforts and achieve best-in-class standards. This role will focus on data analysis, compliance monitoring, and process optimization within the Credit and Collections function. In this position, you will play a key role in identifying trends, analyzing critical data, and providing actionable insights that influence high-level decision-making. You will also support regulatory and non-regulatory initiatives, optimize collection activities, and ensure compliance with key controls including SOX requirements.
