About The Position
The Senior Specialist - Business Analysis will play a crucial role in developing new customer-facing products and maintaining existing systems. This position requires a proactive, efficient, and organized individual who can investigate issues and serve as the first line of defense in troubleshooting. The candidate must have experience with Twilio, Salesforce, and Azure Cosmos DB, including the ability to run queries and troubleshoot using these technologies. The Business Analyst (BA) will support three teams and provide training and support to end users on new systems, processes, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
