About The Position

As an MDU Product Deployment Sr. Specialist, you will be supporting cutting-edge deployments for innovative products like Managed Wi-Fi, Connected Building, and Large Bulk Portfolios. From inception to completion, you'll ensure every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. You will be part of the team that coordinates between Corporate, Division, and regional teams, driving seamless collaboration. As a key player in our Business Development team, you'll champion timely, top-tier deployments that deliver an exceptional Customer Experience. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Engineering, and MDU Operations to drive impactful outcomes. Your coordination skills will shine as you align efforts across internal cross-functional teams, including Construction, Engineering, TechOps, Supply Chain, Care, Marketing, and Finance. You'll ensure consistent communication by delivering regular status updates to Senior Leadership, demonstrating your strength in clarity and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management skills.
• Excellent time management and detail-oriented capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the execution of successful MDU Product deployments through the design and use of launch task lists and tools.
• Support the team to ensure MDU Product deployment launches are completed according to timeline and meet all MDU Agreement contractual obligations.
• Collaborate and engage with the larger MDU operations team to ensure operational success and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external property developers and technical stakeholders.
• Utilize key tools (such as CSG, Smartsheets, Salesforce, Microsoft suite of programs and internal systems and project management tools) to ensure successful deployments.
• Provide recommendations to ensure effective support for smooth deployments and implementations.
• Champion new or improve existing processes and reporting to ensure efficient and effective operation of the deployment.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance, including nights and weekends as necessary.
