About The Position

Senior Special Agent, Cyber Option, is a permanent, full-time position with the Office of the Attorney General. Positions are located in Montgomery, Alabama. This is complex investigative work in conducting highly sensitive and confidential cyber investigations or digital analysis of suspected violations and enforcing laws, rules, and regulations under the purview of the Attorney General's Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex and sensitive cyber investigations
• Analyze digital evidence and data
• Enforce laws, rules, and regulations related to cybercrime
• Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain expertise in emerging cyber threats and technologies
• Provide expert testimony and guidance to other law enforcement agencies and stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
