The Challenge Ahead Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (REWS) is focused on enabling our people to connect, create, and innovate through inclusive workplaces and experiences, wherever they work. This is a newly created role where you will establish and lead a new competency in space and occupancy management at EA, shaping our future workspace strategies, with expectations to innovate processes, create efficiency, and collaborate. Reporting to the Senior Director, Design and Capital Projects, the Senior Space & Occupancy Manager works to ensure efficient use of our physical space; manage occupancy data for informed decisions and optimal workplace performance. You will work in a hybrid capacity from an EA office.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in space and occupancy planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in space management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage our physical space inventory, including square footage, occupancy, and available space.
  • Develop and implement space allocation plans that align with our needs and strategic goals.
  • Analyze current space use to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Manage occupancy data, including employee assignments, headcount, and space allocation.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize space use and reduce costs.
  • Collect and analyze data related to space utilization and occupancy.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
