And, our amazing Team Members are at the heart of it all! EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to help lead their culinary team! Located within walking distance to Disney Springs, this hotel has over 1,000 rooms, 92,000 square feet of banquet space, and six (6) food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, lobby bar, sports bar, pool restaurant, grab and go marketplace, and in-room dining. In this role, you will assist the Executive Sous Chef in overseeing all culinary operations for one kitchen servicing three (3) outlets\: the full-service restaurant Letterpress, the lobby bar Sunnies, and in-room dining. You will manage a team of 15-20 union team members and play a key role in menu development for these concepts. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with a talent for training and developing others, a passion for innovation, and fosters a positive culture.
