About The Position

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation while helping lead kitchen operations that exceed guest expectations. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing culinary talent, and ensuring safe, efficient execution across all service areas.

Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary training
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience with high-volume or event-driven culinary operations
  • Proficiency in inventory control, ordering, and cost management systems

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of all culinary operations and menu standards
  • Supervise and guide Sous Chefs and kitchen team members
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Assist with scheduling and labor planning to meet business demandsMonitor food quality, consistency, and presentation across all outlets
  • Support training and development of culinary team members
