As Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Culinary Department on a 100% vegetarian campus with an all-you-care-to-eat café, fast casual café with c-store, two retail locations, a weekly food truck, and internal/external catering. You’ll oversee food preparation, menu development, and presentation while supervising hourly associates. In partnership with the Executive Chef, you’ll help manage ordering, cost controls, and new menu creation, ensuring high-quality operations that adapt to the needs of the business and events.
