About The Position
The Senior Sourcing Specialist for Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) Management is responsible for managing sourcing activities and supplier relationships to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality production from Contract Manufacturers (CMs). This position will specifically oversee the third-party manufacturing supply for Therabreath Mouthwash, as well as the Vitafusion, Lil Critters, and Zicam brands. The role is critical in driving strategic sourcing initiatives, achieving significant cost savings (in the millions), and improving cash flow through enhanced payment terms. The focus is on operational efficiency, supplier performance, and delivering tangible business results.
