What You'll Do Lead sourcing initiatives across a diverse vendor base to meet goals for quality, cost, and delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and factories. Ensure compliance with Genesco policies, legal standards, and CSR requirements. Support costing and production teams with market insights and technical expertise. Oversee production cycles, shipping schedules, and component flow to meet delivery timelines. Manage factory audits, quality control, and third-party supervision teams. Represent J&M on Genesco’s ESG panel, helping shape sustainability policies. Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes and vendor performance.
