About The Position
Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point-of-care electroencephalography ("EEG") platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting, and is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDN's across the country. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for finding high quality talent through traditional and creative methods. This individual will be responsible for sourcing candidates across multiple platforms, while also exploring and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. In addition to sourcing for our highest priority positions, the person in this role will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading our innovative strategic sourcing initiatives, and partner with Senior Recruiters on our Talent Nurture Program logistics to build and maintain opportunistic talent pipelines. This role will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a hybrid position in Sunnyvale, 3x a week in office.
