About The Position
The Sr. Sourcer & HR Generalist partners with management to provide oversight in the recruitment activities of the department and consultative human resources support to the organization. Responsible for ensuring human resources policies, compliance practices, and programs are aligned to organization goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Five years of candidate sourcing
- Combined five years in professional HR experience compliance, compensation, payroll, employee relations, and/or benefits
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Human Resources
- PHR/SPHR Certification
