About The Position

The Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and customizing secure and scalable search solutions tailored to client requirements. This role involves building and configuring data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and backend integrations, as well as implementing AI-powered assistants, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering strategies. The engineer will customize and extend the search platform UX and UI based on customer needs and act as a trusted technical advisor during all phases of the implementation lifecycle. Presenting technical solutions to executive and stakeholder audiences, leading workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives with client teams are also key responsibilities. The role requires ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enablement, while working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure high-impact delivery. As a senior-level candidate, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to internal technical best practices is expected, along with participation in roadmap planning and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or customer-facing engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, or similar)
• 1+ year of frontend experience using Angular, TypeScript, or React
• Experience with REST APIs, backend integration, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, identity/security protocols, and Microsoft environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing enterprise search platforms
• Familiarity with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or RAG
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, or knowledge graphs
• Experience in regulated industries or with data governance
