Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical solutioning in a pre-sales environment.
• Strong technical foundation, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Experience working with APIs in various capacities such as selling, implementing, or supporting.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to uncover underlying customer needs.
• Comfortable transitioning between pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
• High level of ownership and efficient production of resources like playbooks and guides.
• Adaptable to a startup environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Join high-priority deals early as the technical partner to lead discovery and solutioning.
• Translate customer requirements into a proposed approach with integration plans and risk assessments.
• Accelerate technical sales by refining the process from discovery to terms.
• Support post-sale expansion and adoption by collaborating on customer roadmaps.
• Develop solutions playbooks and reference architecture to standardize processes.
• Maintain a knowledge base and product catalog for internal use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring issues and inform product roadmap.
