As a Senior Solutions Engineer at QTS, you will be the primary technical resource for the sales teams and the sales resource for the operations teams. You will determine customer requirements during the evaluation stage of the sales process and will provide technical solutions. You will answer both business and technical questions from customers while demonstrating the benefits of products and services. You are the direct interface with internal teams in order to assemble and present technical, contractual, and service order information to our customers.
