The company is seeking a customer-obsessed and technically curious Solutions Engineer (SE) to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workforce IAM and IGA initiatives, specifically across the Central US region. This role involves solving complex problems in dynamic customer environments and sharing knowledge with the team. The SE will work directly with customers and prospects to understand business goals, design secure and scalable identity solutions, lead product demonstrations, run workshops, guide evaluations, and partner with Sales Specialists to drive opportunities from discovery to technical close. Beyond deal cycles, the role includes supporting marketing efforts, contributing to technical content, and providing feedback to Product teams to enhance solutions. The ability to clearly explain technical capabilities, identify integration paths, and troubleshoot challenges is crucial for customer success.
