Requirements

  • More than 6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Understanding of sales processes and ability to creatively address client needs with technical solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, particularly within IT Ops and SecOps.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, oAuth, and experience with Docker / Kubernetes / Javascript.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced startup environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical training.
  • Active engagement in tech communities and experience with open-source projects.
  • Familiarity with n8n's platform or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Skilled in collecting and analyzing data to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical calls and demos with potential Enterprise customers to showcase n8n's capabilities.
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions, demonstrating how n8n can address their challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align technical solutions with sales strategies.
  • Monitor and guide clients through their POC journey, providing support and insights to maximize their trial experience.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from POCs to refine the process and improve client onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT Ops and SecOps teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients envision future use cases and expansion opportunities with n8n.
  • Provide technical expertise and best practices to ensure long-term client success.
  • Work with the sales team to streamline and enhance pre-sales processes.
  • Communicate client feedback and technical requirements to product and engineering teams to drive product improvements.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials to support technical sales efforts.
