About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant in the United States. This role is a strategic, high-impact position bridging technical expertise and client engagement. The Senior Solutions Consultant will work closely with sales teams and key accounts to design, demonstrate, and implement advanced technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will guide customers through solution architecture, product adoption, and integration strategies while supporting revenue growth across strategic accounts. The position requires a blend of technical proficiency, consultative skills, and the ability to translate complex solutions into actionable business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and professional services, shaping solutions that address client challenges and accelerate adoption. This role is ideal for a motivated, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a client-facing, solution-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, or related technical advisory roles within enterprise technology environments
  • Experience in large enterprise deals with a proven track record of solution selling and consultative engagement
  • Knowledge of web, martech, mobile apps, contact centers, AI, and voice technologies is preferred
  • Technical proficiency with IVR, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, API concepts, UML, Agile workflows, cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS certifications a plus), and Conversational AI
  • BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or equivalent hands-on experience from boot camps or self-taught programs
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude, ability to learn quickly, and familiarity with office productivity tools and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic consulting and act as a subject matter expert to guide prospective and current clients, including leading workshops, developing solution roadmaps, and delivering presentations that highlight business impact
  • Collaborate with partner and internal sales teams to drive opportunity development and maintain strong relationships across strategic accounts
  • Architect and deliver tailored product demonstrations across core platforms, AI technologies, and partner integrations to showcase solution capabilities
  • Partner with sales teams to design winning proposals and strategies, translating client needs into custom solutions
  • Provide technical guidance across business units, supporting solution implementation, training, and internal knowledge sharing
  • Conduct competitive analysis, ensuring awareness of industry trends and solution positioning while adhering to ethical guidelines
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, mentor junior consultants, and support client-facing events and educational initiatives
