Job Overview:

Lead and scale Perficient’s BFSI Product Development and AI Engineering
Practice, focused on transforming the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
through AI-enabled methodologies in highly regulated financial environments.
This senior leadership role blends practice ownership, presales leadership,
platform engineering, and innovation governance to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable AI‑first solutions for banks, insurers, and financial institutions.

Key Mandate:
Drive AI-enabled SDLC transformation across Financial Services while ensuring
strict adherence to regulatory and risk standards, including PCI DSS, SOX, GLBA, data privacy, and model risk management requirements.
