About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Partner Solution Architect to join our Global Partner Technical & Solution Architecture team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern digital experience platforms with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, practical enablement content for partners. This role is not focused on partner management or sales ownership. Instead, you will deliver, and scale enablement programmes that ensure our partners' technical and pre-sales teams can position, demo, deliver and develop Optimizely solutions - enhanced by AI - with confidence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with technology while also excelling at enablement delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong technical grounding in MarTech and AI/LLM integrations - able to explain concepts at both technical and pre-sales levels.
  • Experience delivering enablement or training programmes, ideally in a partner or channel ecosystem.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, with the ability to simplify complex AI/LLM concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to create structured, scalable content (presentations, blogs, technical guides, demo assets).
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Vertex AI) and their practical applications in digital experience and MarTech contexts.
  • Advantageous if the candidate has strong knowledge of Python.
  • Strong collaboration skills - able to work effectively with enablement peers, product managers, and solution architects.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a passion for teaching, knowledge sharing, and empowering others.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical enablement sessions and workshops that equip partners to position
  • Create high-quality enablement content (presentations, guides, demo scripts, playbooks, videos and deep dive enablement sessions) tailored for technical and pre-sales partner audiences.
  • Stay current on AI/LLM tools, APIs, and integrations, bringing this knowledge into enablement curricula and best practice sharing.
  • Work with the Partnerships and Product teams to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with Optimizely's product vision.
  • Collect feedback from enablement sessions and continuously refine enablement assets to maximise impact and adoption.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert on Optimizely and AI topics during enablement activities, webinars, and partner training events.
