Our customers in Life Sciences run mission‑critical, regulated workflows on Box—GxP, regulatory submissions, and MLR review. We’re investing in a solutions portfolio that packages repeatable, industry‑grade workflows to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable outcomes. We’re looking for a Solutions Product Leader to define, build, and scale customer‑abstracted solutions for Life Sciences (LS). You will translate real customer signals into repeatable designs, lead cross‑functional teams to bring them to market, and manage the portfolio with rigor so our customers adopt faster and realize more value.

Requirements

  • 5 plus years hands‑on experience in Life Sciences workflows.
  • GxP, regulatory submissions, MLR reviews, quality, R&D.
  • Deep understanding of core clinical trial workflows, best practices, and industry tech stack.
  • Background in implementation consulting, solutions architecture, product/program management, or industry operations with systems/process ownership.
  • Proven ability to translate complex workflows into scalable solution definitions, clear specs, and system requirements.
  • Track record leading multi‑disciplinary initiatives with technical and non‑technical stakeholders; comfortable running multiple concurrent tracks.
  • Strong written clarity for specifications, definitions, and portfolio documentation; skilled at simplifying complexity.
  • Data‑driven operator with experience managing KPIs such as pipeline influence, win rate, cycle time, deal size, ARR/AI consumption, WAUs, and time‑to‑adoption.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS in regulated contexts, integration patterns/APIs, metadata models, and IDP/AI (classification, extraction, redaction).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with partner delivery models or professional services; exposure to FINRA/SEC, GxP, FDA, or similar regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Intake and synthesize signals from customer conversations, field feedback, and Solution Engineering demos to identify and size high‑impact solution opportunities.
  • Provide vertical expertise on LS best practices and design compliant, customer‑abstracted solution blueprints and Bills of Materials.
  • Lead cross‑functional, scrum‑like workstreams with Product, PMM, Solution Engineers, Services/Consulting, and Partners to build, package, and launch solutions.
  • Define and prioritize the solution backlog; make data‑driven decisions on tiering, scaling, maintenance, and pruning across the portfolio.
  • Partner with Services to create implementation packages that accelerate time‑to‑adoption and ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Monitor adoption, pipeline influence, win rate, cycle time, deal size, ARR/AI consumption, WAUs, and time‑to‑adoption; course‑correct based on insights.
  • Close the loop with Product by documenting functionality gaps, repeatable patterns, and proposed specs for productization.
  • Champion regulated workflow requirements and integration patterns across APIs, metadata models, and IDP/AI use cases.
