Responsibilities

Partners with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Designs, documents, and presents end-to-end solution architectures, including infrastructure, integration, security, and data flows
Develops Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and value to customers.
Participates in technical pre-sales meetings, RFP responses, and solution workshops with prospects and clients.
Defines integration points, APIs, and deployment strategies for proposed solutions.
Works closely with implementation teams to ensure solution designs are delivered on time and meet requirements.
Provides technical leadership during project hand-offs and supports troubleshooting/escalations during delivery.
Prepares and maintains detailed architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical standards.
Ensures solutions comply with security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Trains or mentors internal teams and customers on solution best practices and platform capabilities.
