About The Position

We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to work alongside our passionate Sales, Presales, and Customer Success teams. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding and technical consulting, including creating proposals on how to overcome technical problems, creating customized solutions that meet the client’s needs, project-managing a new clients’ onboarding process, conducting A/B Tests and providing best practices in order to help the client generate more revenue. The successful Senior Solutions Engineer,has deep knowledge of web/marketing systems, CRMs, analytics, data, compliance, and integration. You also have strong communication and consultative skills to interact across client departments. The Sr. Solutions Engineer must create solutions to enhance client onboarding and the role demands problem-solving, self-sufficiency, organization, and motivation, suitable for a dynamic startup setting. You will drive revenue actualization through onboarding, activating fundraising channels, and leveraging AI-driven methodologies to accelerate time to value. The ideal candidate will balance standardized technical rigor with fundraising strategy to ensure long-term customer growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years demonstrated success in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or implementation within a SaaS organization; experience with nonprofit tech and/or nonprofit data migration a huge plus
  • Strong technical skills with experience in middleware solutions (i.e. Zapier), data management (i.e. Salesforce/Hubspot integrations), web analytics, and web development.
  • Strategic business mindset with the ability to connect operational decisions to downstream revenue outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems creatively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and oversee large-scale enterprise onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live, managing scope, timelines, stakeholders, and risks to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
  • Design, architect, and implement effective solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of nonprofit organizations.
  • Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Customer Success teams to develop strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure alignment for successful execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, and partners including C-level executives.
