As one of our Senior Solution Engineers, you will: Guide prospective customers in understanding, comparing, and evaluating Coveo’s Commerce solutions to support confident buying decisions. Conduct deep technical and business discovery to assess fit, capture requirements, uncover risks, and respond to technical and security-related questions throughout the evaluation process. Build and deliver tailored, competitive demos that highlight relevant commerce capabilities, key differentiators, and measurable business value. Lead the technical components of Proofs of Concept, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver solutions aligned with complex ecommerce use cases. Act as the technical owner for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring responses are accurate, compelling, and strategically position Coveo in competitive environments. Serve as a trusted commerce advisor and Coveo evangelist by providing strategic guidance and representing Coveo at select conferences, industry events, and customer engagements.
