The Senior Solution Design Architect is a cross-functional implementation consultant responsible for supporting the implementation team in designing cohesive, scalable, and sustainable global HR technology solutions across HCM, Talent, Payroll, and Workforce Management functions. This role serves as the single point of accountability to support and ensure a unified end-to-end solution design, with alignment across functional domains, countries, data models, integrations, and program milestones. To Thrive in this role, you must have foundational process and functional knowledge across HR systems, deep understanding of data and integrations, and the ability to orchestrate global solution design decisions that balance standardization with local requirements. The Solution Design Architect partners closely with ADP’s implementation resources and the client’s stakeholders to ensure the solution works holistically—not just within individual modules or geographies.
