About The Position

The Senior Solution Consultant at Volvo Group is responsible for managing site marketing experiences, collaborating with various stakeholders to design and develop new services. This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in IT digital marketing, web platforms, user experience, and analytics, working within an agile framework to enhance operational efficiency and drive business change.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Solution Consultant role.
• Ability to work independently in a complex business and technical environment.
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies and practical use of the Scrum framework.
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Edge Delivery Service.
• Experience with EDS, Github, and AzureDevOps.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Previous experience with Figma.
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.
• Background in web technology, web analytics, and SEO.
• Knowledge of content management systems and Google Analytics.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Sitecore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed solution requirements from business stakeholders.
• Work with Enterprise Architects and business consultants to develop work items with well-defined deliverables.
• Lead in delivering the identified solution.
• Propose changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IT security directives.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Project Manager for sprint planning.
• Assist in creating and finalizing process flows and maintain presentation consistency.
• Translate user requirements into functional requirements for developers.
• Communicate changes and enhancements to stakeholders.
• Monitor the backlog and keep work items updated.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and estimation.
• Conduct periodic competitor reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the core team to discuss lessons learned and improvements.
• Suggest changes in business operations and drive process improvement.
• Evaluate partner strategy and contribute to comparisons.
