At Workday, we are building the next generation of Marketplace. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will join a team of builders who are reimagining how a marketplace supports our Customers, Partners, and Sellers. You will be responsible for diving deep into the technology and value proposition of our Partners to our Customers. You will work closely with Marketplace Leaders to define and execute the strategy for how we will articulate that value over the medium of a marketplace. You will help design the journey for discovery, recommendation, and transaction for the Workday Marketplace, helping our customers find, try, and buy the right Partner software and services, and efficiently transacting with those Partners. You will also help Partners author the right listings and content for the Marketplace, so they position their offering in the best way possible. You will use data and insights from the Marketplace to define this approach with Partners. Lastly, you will help design the Seller journey on the Marketplace, defining how Sellers find the right Partners for their markets, industries, and Customers.
