About The Position

In this impactful role, you will drive the category strategy for Storage and Data Center solutions. Your expertise will help shape market positioning, enhance sales engagement and accelerate pipeline creation. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that the aligning strategies lead to growth and favorable business outcomes for all partners involved. Your insights and leadership will be critical in influencing product management and fostering robust relationships within the sales force.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, product marketing, and GTM strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of Storage / Data Center products.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience with channel- and partner-led models.
  • Prior experience with Private Cloud Business Edition (PCBE).

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the category strategy for Storage and Data Center.
  • Develop differentiated positioning and value propositions against competitors.
  • Translate strategy into actionable sales plays and enablement assets.
  • Collaborate with sales resources to boost enablement and revenue.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with diverse teams for effective execution.
  • Partner with Channel and GSI leadership for co-developed execution plans.
  • Shape competitive strategy by assessing market dynamics continuously.
  • Act as the market voice to product management influencing roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with sales force and partners.
