About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and delivering scalable financial consolidation solutions that meet the evolving needs of mid-market and enterprise customers. Your expertise will ensure that complex statutory consolidation requirements are translated into reliable models, while collaborating with various teams to optimize product offerings. The position emphasizes innovation and teamwork in a dynamic remote environment, allowing you to significantly impact customer satisfaction and product enhancement.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in statutory consolidation or EPM consolidation implementations.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major consolidation tool.
• Proven experience leading an end-to-end consolidation project.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery and design workshops with Group Accounting, Consolidation, and FP&A teams.
• Define the target solution including entities, ownership, methods of consolidation, FX, and reporting.
• Configure and extend the Consolidation Starter Kit.
• Own or co-own the consolidation workstream on implementations.
• Guide build activities focusing on performance and maintainability.
• Support data integration and testing through to go-live.
• Enable partners and customers through training and coaching.
• Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams.
