In this role, you’ll architect transformative solutions, guide clients confidently through implementation, and ensure our technology enables measurable outcomes. This is a full‑time onsite role located at our Overland Park, KS office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience
  • 7+ years in healthcare IT implementation or consulting
  • 5+ years working with electronic health record (EHR) solutions
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Strong communicator able to simplify complex technical concepts for all audiences
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions
  • Skilled in navigating complexity and solving problems with clarity and focus

  • Experience advising executive‑level stakeholders on strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Design end‑to‑end solution architectures that address complex business problems using Netsmart technology.
  • Identify innovative technical paths that push the boundaries of what’s possible for clients.
  • Develop clear, actionable specifications to guide implementation and managed services teams.
  • Deliver workflow and solution designs that tie directly to client goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide leadership on large, multifaceted projects—removing roadblocks and driving continuous improvement.
  • Resolve escalated issues with deep solution knowledge, ensuring stability and client confidence.
  • Identify and quantify improvement opportunities that demonstrate value and achieve promised benefits.
  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships with client stakeholders—from technical teams to executives.
  • Partner closely with internal cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Coach and mentor solution teams on best-practice methodologies and solution strategies.
