About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java backend development, AWS cloud architecture. This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native design patterns.
Experience with API design, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional).
Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to big data technologies and data engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise applications.
Ensure alignment with business objectives, scalability, and security standards.
Guide development teams on best practices for Java backend and AWS services.
Provide architectural governance and code reviews.
Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and compliance with security standards.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.
