The Senior Solution Architect will serve as regional solution lead of technology projects across the Americas region Ports and Terminals (P&T) portfolio with a priority on implementing DP World's Zodiac Cargoes terminal operating system (TOS) along with applications integrating with the TOS. This role involves leading workshops to understand and evaluate terminal processes, providing input for business process flowcharts, and collaborating with technology teams to determine functional requirements. The architect will also conduct gap analysis, develop SME knowledge of internal TOS, and design standardized processes to meet business requirements. Additionally, the role includes writing comprehensive business requirements documentation, contributing to configuration and testing, and managing project planning and execution.
