This role is part of Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering (ACE), supporting Blue Origin’s mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. The team fosters innovation and drives engineering workflows of the future, shared solutions and standards, simplicity and lower costs, and manufacturable design. As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers you will lead planning and execution for new solar array programs, turning inbound requests into clear scope, and resourced, time‑phased plans. You will own the integrated master schedule and critical path, drive requirements flowdown and verification, manage risks and issues, and synchronize cross‑functional teams and suppliers through reviews, test campaigns, and configuration control. You will track cost and performance, publish status and decision logs, and keep the program’s artifacts and communications tight—ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery as part of a fast‑moving, geographically distributed R&D team.
