The Boeing Company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Test & Verification to join the Space Launch System (SLS) Ground Systems and Integration (GS&I) team located in Huntsville, Alabama. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization. Space Launch System Ground Systems and Integration represents a team of problem solvers whose primary goal is to develop and maintain software to ensure the SLS launch vehicles and associated products are ready for delivery to NASA. The GS&I team develops and supports three key products: Electrical Ground Support Equipment, Enhanced Battery Charge/Discharge Equipment, and MAF Test Flight Computer. The GS&I team directly supports ground based testing of the SLS vehicle for manufacturing and key test events. The Test & Verification Technical Lead Engineer (TLE) will help bridge the gap between product development and product deployment with close ties to stakeholders in the Michoud Assembly Facility, Kennedy Space Center, Marshall Space Flight Center, and Stennis Space Center.
