About The Position

The position involves coordinating GE Vernova MFG & PERS Verticals logistics and documentation from Order to Revenue (OTR) fulfillment of domestic and international orders for both physical and electronic product offerings. This includes specialized product fulfillment for hosted software offerings, managing the entire SAAS tenant provisioning process, and assisting engineering teams to refine deployment and provisioning processes. The role also includes providing operational product delivery support to engineering, Product & DevOps teams for global hosted and on-prem customers, improving reliability and quality of software solutions, troubleshooting software licensing issues, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. The position requires building tools and automation to streamline fulfillment processes and maintaining accurate record keeping.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Five years of experience in a technical lead role such as Application Support, Software Configuration, Release Management, and Deploy Management.
• Five years of experience in Cyber Security Hardware.
• Five years of experience with CIMPLICITY, Historian, Proficy iFix HMI/SCADA.
• Five years of experience with Control ST product configuration.
• Five years of experience with Oracle Fusion for Revenue Req and SFDC.
• Five years of engineering experience with Linux, Bash, Scripting, and Python.
• Five years of Technical Product delivery experience in Asset Performance Management, OPM, MES, Smart Signal, MDC & Operational Analytics.
• Five years of experience with Jenkins CI/CD software, GitHub, Postman API calls, and Tenant Management Services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and documentation from Order to Revenue (OTR) fulfillment.
• Manage SAAS tenant provisioning process from onboarding to decommissioning.
• Assist engineering teams in refining deployment and provisioning processes.
• Provide operational product delivery support to engineering, Product & DevOps teams.
• Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software licensing issues for On-Prem customers.
• Set-up and configure OT Cyber Security hardware/software.
• Document and maintain license and provisioning procedures.
• Build tools and automation to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Coordinate freight scheduling with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Utilize Materials Replenishment Planning (MRP) system for inventory management.
