Your future duties and responsibilities: CGI is seeking a highly skilled Software Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development initiatives within our organization in Nashville, Tennessee. As a project manager, you will work with project teams and drive project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closure. You will lead and collaborate with a cross-disciplined team of architects, software engineers, management, and customers to design innovative solutions for our clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical teams and strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a solid technical understanding of software development processes and best practices.
