Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of software product management or related experience.
- Strong technical skills, including coding experience in Python or similar languages.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis.
- Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and maintaining software products.
- Excellent cross-discipline collaboration and leadership skills.
- Ability to independently lead projects with sound judgement.
- Strong drive for continuous learning and adapting to new domains.
Nice To Haves
- Experience building external partnerships is advantageous.
- Knowledge of life sciences or FDA regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap execution for feature development and AI model improvements.
- Partner with machine learning engineers and clinical advisors to guide model development and deployment.
- Define training objectives and success metrics for product features.
- Translate complex clinical requirements into intuitive user workflows.
- Gather and develop materials for sales and support teams.
- Maintain relationships with development partners to drive product initiatives.
- Evaluate product performance through customer feedback and metrics.
- Support validation efforts by contributing to required documentation.
