About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of software product management or related experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including coding experience in Python or similar languages.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and maintaining software products.
  • Excellent cross-discipline collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Ability to independently lead projects with sound judgement.
  • Strong drive for continuous learning and adapting to new domains.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building external partnerships is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of life sciences or FDA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap execution for feature development and AI model improvements.
  • Partner with machine learning engineers and clinical advisors to guide model development and deployment.
  • Define training objectives and success metrics for product features.
  • Translate complex clinical requirements into intuitive user workflows.
  • Gather and develop materials for sales and support teams.
  • Maintain relationships with development partners to drive product initiatives.
  • Evaluate product performance through customer feedback and metrics.
  • Support validation efforts by contributing to required documentation.
