Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ year(s) of experience in .Net, C#, or similar programming languages
• 3+ years of experience building .Net core applications and Azure\MS SQL scripting, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• 3+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
• 2+ year(s) of experience in SQL databases, Azure, or GCP services and Splunk tools
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices – Gitlab, Nexus, Harness
• 2+ year(s) of experience with Agile methodologies
• 1+ year(s) of experience with AI/ML technologies
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, especially NLP, classification, and multi-model architecture.
• Integrating IVR applications into large-scale environments, with cloud API integrations.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and use tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Certification in AI, Azure cloud technologies, or Genesys.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
• Create AI Agents leveraging Azure’s Semantic Kernel framework.
