Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering roles, with proven expertise in Java Spring Boot, Kafka (event-driven systems), Cassandra, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud environments.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex software and infrastructure issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating in Agile environments and working across multifunctional teams.
  • Leadership qualities with a passion for upholding engineering standards and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience or relevant certifications also considered.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of software applications, from design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, and translate user stories into technical solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Develop and optimize code using modern programming languages and frameworks, with a focus on automation and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
  • Support and improve deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless releases and high system availability.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
