About The Position

Design and implement secure, scalable, resilient, and auditable cloud solutions. Develop Azure migration and transformation tools and migrate existing platforms/applications to Azure. Automate cloud-based infrastructure deployments and manage tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. Evaluate and recommend performance-enhancing tools, technologies, and processes with a focus on scalability, security, and availability. Identify and resolve infrastructure deficiencies, availability gaps, and performance bottlenecks. Serve as an escalation point for T2-T3 cloud infrastructure support and guide technical issues. Assess the technical feasibility of business solutions and collaborate with peer organizations and product delivery teams. Use Azure administration skills including Terraform, VM, VMSS, AKS, Storage Accounts, and Webapp. Utilize Networking skills including Vnet, Loadbalancer, App Gatewa, Firewall, and private Endpoints. Use technologies including Java, Servlets, Webservices, RESTFul Services, Spring Framework, JMS. Implement microservices using Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes and containerization of legacy applications. Employ Kubernetes Architecture and Troubleshooting. Utilize Bash, PowerShell, yml, Jenkinsfile, Ansible & Python (Linux/Windows). Use CI/CD tools: Github, Azure Devops, Jenkins. Employ security and monitoring controls in Azure. Develop solutions for business and operational needs. Develop detailed design, develop code (scripts, programs), help QA team with test planning, deploy and support mission critical notifications’ platform. Support AT&T FirstNet program as key designer for various enhancements, help with infrastructure capacity planning, evaluate various options for implementation and oversee delivery of projects with team spread across US and India. Handle and develop adhoc programs to support several email/sms campaigns for AT&T business services (Enterprise, mid markets, mass markets etc). Responsible for subject matter expert support to Tier-1/2 team and solve user and interfacing application issues.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation using Azure administration skills including Terraform, VM, VMSS, AKS, Storage Accounts, and Webapp
  • utilizing Networking skills including Vnet, Loadbalancer, App Gatewa, Firewall, and private Endpoints
  • using technologies including Java, Servlets, Webservices, RESTFul Services, Spring Framework, JMS
  • implementing microservices using Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes and containerization of legacy applications
  • employing Kubernetes Architecture and Troubleshooting
  • utilizing Bash, PowerShell, yml, Jenkinsfile, Ansible & Python (Linux/Windows)
  • using CI/CD tools: GitHub, Azure Devops , Jenkins
  • employing security and monitoring controls in Azure
  • utilizing Azure, on-prem WebLogic, Oracle and MongoDB databases.

Responsibilities
