About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead diverse teams in delivering world-class web solutions and enterprise systems. You’ll play a key role in shaping technical strategy, defining architectural standards, mentoring engineers, establishing project excellence across our consulting portfolio, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software that meets enterprise demands for performance, security, and scalability and meet the complex needs of our clients .

Requirements

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
Proven success delivering complex, large-scale web-based solutions for enterprise clients.
Deep expertise in modern web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React , Angular, Node.js, .NET Core, Java/Spring, or similar).
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
Exceptional communication, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
Certification in a relevant technology or management discipline

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers working on enterprise-scale web solutions and digital transformation projects.
Oversee multiple projects across clients, ensuring engineering delivery exceeds expectations.
Partner with clients, architects, and product leaders to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Oversee the full development lifecycle from shaping roadmaps, driving technical design and code quality, to deployment and maintenance.
Partner with sales and product teams to shape technical, project scope, technical estimates, and staffing strategy.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical and operational excellence within the team and across the organization.
Stay ahead of emerging web technologies and help shape the company’s long-term technical vision.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
