Join AT&T and reimagine the communications and technologies that connect the world. The Chief Information Office is responsible for advancing information technology performance and delivering solutions with a focus on maximizing ROI, increasing efficiency and enhancing the experience of end users. Guided by experienced leaders, Corporate Systems seamlessly integrate with advanced Technology and Operations to drive our enterprise forward. Our Systems Reliability and Software Delivery teams are unwavering in their commitment to excellence, ensuring every solution is robust and efficient. When you step into a career with AT&T, you won't just imagine the future-you'll create it. We are the Public Cloud Team operating under the Enterprise Architecture and Systems Enablement organization. Our primary mission is to monitor resource utilization across Azure, AWS, and on-prem infrastructure, and to provide actionable recommendations to application teams for optimizing resource usage and reducing infrastructure costs. In addition to monitoring, we actively support and track application migrations from on-prem to cloud environments-including Public Cloud and Flex Cloud-through tools such as ADO onboarding, LogicApps, and Playbook management. We also oversee the progress of applications targeted for Public Cloud Migration, Data Center Exit, and footprint reduction programs, offering visibility into server-level costs (licensing, support) and optimization opportunities for on-prem infrastructure. Furthermore, we are developing a tool that delivers an end-to-end view of business flows, encompassing the health and performance of all systems involved in a customer journey. This tool enhances visibility across interconnected systems, enabling improved user experience and operational decision-making by correlating system performance with business impact.
